exosus was formed in the august, 2002. At that time we were pat (guitar), zach (guitar), henry (bass), josh (drums), and allen (vocals). the music that was made was fast, loud, and distorted, reflecting the members previous bands, ochlochracy, crispus attucks, apostate. after about 7 months zach decided to leave to focus more on school and pat left in order to focus more on his two other bands he had started before exosus. Allen, henry, and josh decided to keep going and found nathan, and dave. After a two short tours and a bunch of other local shows we had another lineup change. dave left the band and sean, of index/never enough/apostate fame, joined since he had filled in for nathan during the summer tour and already knew the songs. We finally thought that maybe we had a solid lineup, but no. Nathan could no longer play in the band because of his demanding school schedule and decided that it would be best if he left. We didn't have to search to long to find Adam, Seans roomate, to fill in the hole in the band. Sean left because he wanted to apprentice to become a tattoo artist. Rebecca from flowers in the attic (who was actually originally kind of in the band before it got a solid lineup) took seans place. things are coming full circle. It's been a little over a year now and we have gone through more member changes than most bands go through in 4 years. We still play basements, and make fast, loud, distorted punk/metal/crust/grind/hardcore whatever the fuck you want to call it music. thank you, exosucks.
